Actress Shannen Doherty has revealed she is living with stage IV breast cancer.
The former Charmed and Beverly Hills, 90210 star, 48, told Good Morning America that she discovered her cancer had returned last year, while filming the 90210 reboot.
Doherty was initially diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015, before revealing she was in remission two years later.
“It’s going to come out in a matter of days, or a week, that I’m stage IV. So my cancer came back”, Doherty said.

“I don’t think I’ve processed it. It’s a bitter pill to swallow in a lot of ways.”
She went on: “I definitely have days where I say ‘Why me?’ And then I go ‘Well, why not me? Who else? Who else besides me deserves this? None of us do’.
“I would say that my first reaction is always concern about how am I going to tell my mom, my husband.”
Asked how she was handling the fear of living with stage IV cancer, Doherty, who starred as witch Prue Halliwell on the first three seasons of Charmed between 1998-2001, replied: “I don’t know. I mean, I’m petrified. I’m pretty scared.
“My mum is a ridiculously strong, corageous human being – and so is my husband, and I worry about him.”
The actress added: “Life doesn’t end the moment we get that diagnosis – we still have some living to do.”
