Six stabbed at Jerusalem Gay Pride
Six people have been stabbed at the Jerusalem Gay Pride parade, The Jerusalem Post reports.
The assailant, identified by local media as an ultra-Orthodox Jew, has been arrested.
Paramedics were treating two people in serious condition, one in moderate condition and three people who were lightly injured, the Post reports.
Thousands of people were taking part in the annual pride parade in Israel’s capital when the attack occurred. Ten years ago, an ultra-Orthodox man stabbed three marchers at the 2005 Jerusalem gay pride parade.
