Tom Daley and Dustin Lance Black have welcomed their baby son.
The 24-year-old Olympic diver and screenwriter husband confirmed the arrival of their son with an announcement in The Times today (June 30).
The brief announcement reads: “BLACK-DALEY On 27th June 2018 to Thomas Robert Daley and Dustin Lance Black, a son, Robert Ray.”
Their son is named after Tom’s father, who died in 2011 after suffering from a brain tumour.

The couple, who married in 2017, announced they were having a baby in February but have been forced to defend themselves from critics over their decision to use a surrogate.
In March, Tom Daley hit back at critics during an interview with The Times in which he revealed he didn’t care what other people thought.
He said: “People say whatever they say. I get tons [of abuse] every day, but at the end of the day, I’m married with a kid on the way and I don’t care what anyone says.”
Daley added: “I don’t care if they don’t like it. It took me a long time to get to that place but I am here. I think, ‘Whatever.'”
