Trump reunites with anti-gay group after claiming he’s ‘pro LGBT’
Donald Trump is no stranger to self-congratulation and has preached that he’s managed to gather an enormous amount of praise from the LGBT community since taking position on the Orlando massacre, claiming: ‘’ [The] LGBT community, the gay community, the lesbian community — they are so much in favour of what I’ve been saying over the last three or four days.”
Using Orlando’s tragic mass shooting as another way to discredit his major adversary and Republican Party leader, Hillary Clinton, Trump said:
“Ask yourself, who is really the friend of women and the LGBT community, Donald Trump with his actions, or Hilary Clinton with her words? Clinton wants to allow Radical Islamic terrorists to pour into our country – they enslave women and murder gays.”
“Hillary Clinton can never claim to be a friend of the gay community as long as she continues to support immigration policies that bring Islamic extremists to our country who suppress women, gays and anyone who doesn’t share their views.”
“She can’t have it both ways. She can’t claim to be supportive of these communities while trying to increase the number of people coming in who want to oppress them.”
This was a public attack on Hillary and she was quick to respond by saying, “Donald Trump says he’s ‘the real friend’ of the LGBT community. Yeah, no.”
Attached alongside the tweet was a short video compiling the Conservative candidate’s most controversial statements which include”I’m against gay marriage” and more.

But it seems the wind has quickly shifted direction as Trump made his way to meet an anti-gay group on Tuesday June 21; hoping to engage support from some of the 400 most powerful American Christian conservatives, known to the public as fierce opponents of the Gay cause.
Soberly entitled “A Conversation About America’s Future with Donald Trump and Ben Carson”, it is said the meeting was held behind closed doors and lasted for no less than seven hours.
Meanwhile, LGBT leaders insist they are everything but supporters of Trump’s presidential campaign.
