Watch sweet new Cheerios advert featuring two gay dads

Cheerios have launched a new marketing campaign in Canada starring two gay dads.

Gay couple André and Jonathan, and their adopted daughter, Raphaelle, will appear in a series of videos for the cereal brand ranging from TV adverts to mini-documentaries, reports Marketing magazine.

This isn’t the first pro-gay marketing campaign from General Mills, the US company that makes Cheerios. Earlier this year, the company created the #LuckyToBe” campaign for another of its cereal brands, Lucky Charms, which aimed to “celebrate individuality, diversity and inclusiveness” during LGBT pride month. Find out more here.
