Brighton Pride name MW Solicitors official solicitors for second year running

Brighton Pride have named McMillan Williams as its official solicitor for this year’s festival.
MW Solicitors, who claim to rank as one of the best law firms in the UK for its diversity practices, will once again be in attendance at this year’s event which takes place over the weekend of August 5-7.
“MW Solicitors is Proud to continue its support of the Brighton Pride Festival and LGBT Community this year as we did last year and to support the organisation with its legal needs,” said MW Solicitors Chief Information Officer and LGBT Officer David Fazakerley.
Paul Kemp, Brighton Pride Community Interest Company, added: “Brighton Pride has evolved over the years with more communities coming together to celebrate every aspect of our city, regardless of sexuality, race, gender, age or ability.
“We are delighted that MW Solicitors are supporting the event once again as they provide crucial legal services and advice to the organisation’.”
With over 290,000 people participating in Brighton Pride 2015, this year’s looks set – set to take place over the weekend of August 5-7 – looks set to be even better.
Saturday’s party in Preston park will feature the UK’s biggest Pride festival stage, with live sets from top selling artist Fleur East, DJ Fresh and Rudimental vocalist Anne-Marie already confirmed, as well as celebrity hosts Seann Miley Moore and trans DJ and muse Munroe Bergdorf – and there’s plenty more performers set ot be announced over the coming months.
Meanwhile, the Pride Community Parade will host its own ‘Carnival Of Diversity’, with Uniting Nations being the 2016 campaigning theme to reflect Pride’s on-going commitment to campaigning for global LGBT+ rights.
