David Bowie and Iggy Pop’s musical journey through Berlin has inspired Farah for Winter ’19.
The singing superstars headed to West Germany from NYC in the mid-Seventies to experience the underground music scene, and Farah has looked at photos taken at the time and noticed the rich hues of the clothes against the muted tones of the city.
They’ve interpreted that in their Hawtin crop trouser, Neukolln casual shirt and Belway Harrington.
The ensemble also features plenty of mill-washed corduroy, plus plaid checks and block stripes, providing lots of patterns to play about with. Bowie would have approved!
