Menswear designer Liam Hodges takes on the Google Pixel 3 Curiosity Rooms
One of our LFW:M faves has designed a special collection inspired by research with the new smartphone.

Google’s Pixel smartphone has always had a connection with fashion (for the Pixel 2 the brand got a slew of designers including Bobby Abley and Nicola Formichetti to design cases for them).
For the device’s third itteration, Google have launched the Google Pixel 3 Curiosity Rooms in London’s Regent Street, offering Londoners five weeks of workshops, talks, podcasts, food and music (including a performace from Little Gay Brother).
The project also includes a fully-functioning deisgn space, The Studio, which is playing host to London menswear designer Liam Hodges.
A favourite of London Fashion Week: Men’s, Liam and his team have dreamt up a conceptual capsule collection from scratch, inspired by their research with the Google Pixel 3 – and you can visit the installation this weekend.
The Google Pixel 3 Curiosity Rooms will be free to the public until 16 December, with talks from the likes of Stars Wars actor John Boyega, The Crown’s Vanessa Kirby and podcasts from Jessie Ware and Professor Green.
You’ll also be able to interact with the Pixel 3 and Google Home Products over thfree floors (including masterclaszses on using the group selfie cam, that getds 184% more in shot) and Pixel 3’s latest Google Lens technology, that helps you idenify and shop fashion items.
There are also plenty of Instagrammable moments to enjoy, from a cafe and laundtretted clothing pop-up to a slide for adults.
