They often say life’s about the journey and not the destination, and so for our fashion shoot for our February Travel issue (out now) we took a ride on the Belmond Venice-Simplon Orient Express.
If you’re going on the VSOE, you need to look the part, and so Alessio Pozzi got into the likes of Tom Ford, Versace, Dsquared2 and Versace as he checked out the bar and dining cars and even the VSOE Grand Suites as it took us all the way from Venice, Italy back to London.

This year, Belmond announced three new private ‘Grand Suites’ aboard their legendary Venice-Simplon Orient-Express.
Each suite is designed to reflect the spirit of a city that the train travels in- Paris, Venice and Istanbul, as well as boasting a private bathroom with a shower, double beds and a living area all in a beautiful 1920s art deco design.
The Venice Simplon-Orient-Express travels between London, Paris and Venice from March to November and from Paris to Istanbul once a year in August.
