Taylor Zakhar Perez debuts as new face — and body — of Lacoste
"Hey, my eyes are up here"

Taylor Zakhar Perez is leaving Red, White and Royal Blue fans all hot and bothered as he’s revealed as Lacoste’s latest underwear ambassador.
The American actor’s campaign photos, which dropped this week, showcase his impressively chiselled physique as he appears in nothing but a pair of briefs.
The campaign was shot in Paris by Belgian photographer Quentin de Briey.
On his new ambassadorship, Perez commented: “It’s an honour to join Lacoste as an ambassador. I’ve always admired the history, legacy, and creativity of the brand, and it’s with great pride that I now carry the values of the crocodile.”
Lacoste has stated that the campaign is the beginning of a “long-term collaboration” with the actor.
After the brand posted the campaign photos to its Instagram, Perez playfully commented saying: “Hey, my eyes are up here.”
Previous Lacoste ambassadors have included Riverdale star K.J. Apa, French actor Pierre Niney, Korean actor and boyband member Ahn Hyoseop, tennis player Grigor Dimitrov, and Chinese actor Wang Yibo.
Last year, the actor, who appeared as Nicholas Galitzine’s lover in the Amazon Studios show, spoke out about his agreement with Cate Blanchett’s view that any actor should be able to play any role, regardless of their real life sexuality.
Speaking to Men’s Health, Taylor said: “Cate Blanchett said something, ‘We must fight to the death to suspend disbelief.’
“That just always stuck with me. Because if you’re watching a film and there’s nothing outside the room that matters, the actors are doing their jobs.”
The 33-year-old furthermore continued: “Nicholas [Galitzine] was just asked the other day about his sexuality, and I just find it so rude. It’s unprofessional and no one’s business. That’s someone’s personal life.
The actor first found fame starring opposite Joey King and Jacob Elordi in The Kissing Booth sequels. He has also had roles in the HBO comedy series Minx and Scandal.
