A London flat made famous by former owner Tom Daley has gone on the market for £999,999.
Boasting two bathrooms and three terraces, the property in Southwark – listed with independent estate agents Dexters – was a regular fixture on Olympic champion Tom’s social media channels when he lived there from 2014-2018.
Covering 962 square feet, the flat is located in the exclusive Apollo Building, walking distance from trendy Bermondsey and the sights of London Bridge, such as The Shard.
“A great spot for a celebrity home”
Dexters London Bridge agent Tom Johnston told Attitude: “It’s very rare for a property in Apollo Building to come to the market, let alone one that has three terraces.
“I’d imagine it would make a great spot for a celebrity home because it is on a very quiet road, just off Long Lane, but within walking distance of London Bridge and the Shard.”
According to Dexters, the apartment is south, east and west-facing, complete with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors which flood the apartment with natural light.
The flat also features a large open plan kitchen, dining room and living room, plus two double bedrooms.
Tom bought the flat in 2014 after relocating his training base from Plymouth to London, and lived there with his now-husband Dustin Lance Black. They left the year they became dads to son Robbie Ray.
