Christine McVie rejoins Fleetwood Mac for American tour

Christine McVie is to rejoin Fleetwood Mac for a North American tour this autumn.
The 34-date ‘On With The Show Tour’ will be the singer-keyboardist’s first run of dates with the band since 1998.
The five members of the band’s classic Rumours-era line-up – Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks and Christine McVie – made the announcement on the Today show in the US this morning (March 27).
The tour will begin in Minneapolis, Minnesota on September 30 and run until December 19, wrapping up with a show in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
At present, no UK and Ireland dates have been announced.
Although she hasn’t toured with them 1998, Christine McVie joined her Fleetwood Mac bandmates onstage for one song – Don’t Stop, which she wrote – at the band’s London shows at The O2 Arena on September 25 and September last year.
