Kylie Minogue set for 35th top ten hit with ‘Into the Blue’

Kylie Minogue is on course to notch up her 35th top ten hit on the UK’s Official Singles Chart this Sunday (May 16).
Into the Blue, the lead single from the singer’s upcoming 12th album Kiss Me Once, is at number seven in the official chart update today (March 12).
Canadian duo Dvbbs and Borgeous are at number one in the update with their Tinie Tempah collaboration Tsunami, while Enrique Iglesias sits at number three with I’m A Freak, his latest hook-up with rapper Pitbull.
Also ahead of Minogue is Pixie Lott, whose comeback single Nasty sits at number six. However, Lily Allen currently lies outside the top ten with latest offering Air Balloon, which is at number 15.
Meanwhile, Glee star Lea Michele is on course to score her first top 40 hit as a solo artist this weekend, with debut single Cannonball currently lodging at number 39.
Over on the Official Albums Chart, Paloma Faith – who is interviewed in the latest issue of Attitude – is on course to debut at number two with her third album A Perfect Contradiction. She currently trails the number one album, Elbow’s The Take Off And Landing of Everything, by around 6,500 copies.
