Kylie’s new single ‘Into the Blue’ cracks iTunes top ten

Kylie Minogue’s new single Into the Blue has cracked the top ten on the British iTunes Top Songs chart.
Into the Blue, the lead single from the singer’s upcoming 12th album Kiss Me Once, has been available to download on iTunes and other online music stores since midnight today (March 9).
A the time of writing (6.45pm), it sits at number ten on the countdown.
As the UK’s clear market leader in digital music sales, iTunes offers a fair indication of a track’s potential success on the Official Singles Chart each Sunday.
Kylie is aiming to notch up her 35th UK top ten hit with Into the Blue – and her first since 2011, when her Taio Cruz collaboration Higher made number eight. Her last solo top ten hit came the previous year, when All the Lovers peaked at number three.
Her album Kiss Me Once will follow on March 17.
