Madonna recruits ‘Wrecking Ball’ co-writer for new album
By Nick Levine

Madonna has revealed that she is working on new music with singer-songwriter MoZella – co-writer of Miley Cyrus’s Wrecking Ball.
Yesterday (April 17) on Instagram the Queen of Pop posted a photo of herself, MoZella and two producers: Toby Gad and S1 aka Symbolyc One.
Gad’s songwriting/production credits include Demi Lovato’s Skyscraper, Beyoncé’s If I Were A Boy and John Legend’s current hit All of Me, while Symbolic One has worked with Kanye West and Beyoncé in recent years.
Sharing the photo that appears below, Madonna wrote, somewhat sloppily: “Having an Iconic Moment in the studio with Toby-Mozilla and S1. My throat hurts from singing laughing and crying. #artdorfeedom
MoZella, Gad and S1 join a growing list of contributors to the new Madonna album. The Queen of Pop recently confirmed that she is working with cult pop singer Natalia Kills and producer Martin Kierszenbaum on new material, and went into the studio with DJ and producer Avicii last month (March).
Madonna’s last studio album, MDNA, was released in 2012 and reached number one in the US and UK. She scored her 13th and most recent UK chart-topping single with 4 Minutes in 2008.
