Male celebs share home workout tips for Marks and Spencer’s #GetFitStartSmall campaign
By Will Stroude
January is the month of making and breaking New Year’s resolutions, and it can be particularly hard to keep going with those good intentions as February looms just around the corner. Marks and Spencer are well aware of this, and the retailer have launched a new campaign on Instagram to help us all over the mid-winter health hump.
#GetFitStartSmall has enlisted the likes of Olympian Alex Gregory, Union J star Josh Cuthbert, Made in Chelsea‘s Oliver Proudlock and a smattering of models and personal trainers to share their bite-size fitness tips for improving you your fitness in the comfort of your own home.
We’ve been sharing the boys’ tips on Instagram over the past few weeks (and not just because it’s a chance to see them clad in some Marks and Spencer gymnwear), so here’s a little round-up of their efforts which, like the tips themselves, is nice and manageable.
Take a look below, and be sure share your own efforts on social media with the #GetFitStartSmall hashtag.
