Sophie Ellis-Bextor debuts video for ‘Runaway Dreamer’

Sophie Ellis-Bextor has released the video for her new single Runaway Dreamer. Watch it below.
Runaway Dreamer is the second single to be taken from Ellis-Bextor’s fifth album Wanderlust, which came out in January and debuted at number four on the UK’s Official Albums Chart – becoming the singer’s highest-charting LP since her 2001 debut Read My Lips.
Discussing the album with Attitude recently, Ellis-Bextor explained: “After indulging my dance tendencies so much with [previous album] Make A Scene, I really wanted to make a very different album with Wanderlust.
“It’s a very low-key album and it is quite live-sounding. It’s quite dramatic and influenced by Eastern Europe.”
Runaway Dreamer will be released on March 31. Ellis-Bextor will then embark on a ten-date UK tour in April, featuring dates in Birmingham, Oxford, London, Bournemouth, Brighton, Bristol, Manchester and Glasgow.
