Steal His Style in association with StylePilot: Oliver Cheshire
Attitude’s Best Groomed Man award winner Oliver Cheshire is a regular fixture on the front rows at fashion week. As one of the biggest ambassadors for London Collections: Men, Oliver is a sartorial risk taker, which is what we love about him (he even pulled off an amazing wide-brimmed hat last season).
For the Spring Summer Show season he was bang on trend by modernising retro trends and prints. He mixed formal and casual with a dapper Reiss suit, printed 70’s Zara shirt, and a delicious Dolce & Gabbana blouson jacket – and we thought we’d show you how to get a little bit of what Oliver’s got going on.
The 70’s were a popular motif through this season’s LC:M, and that means it’s all about toning your colour palette down. A simple grey suit, mixed with a print (we recommend a good botanical patter) is all you need to channel the effortlessly chic Oliver.

The Ryan Gosling bomber is still going strong and Oliver has gone for a retro print, which is a great way to modernise the look. Pair it with some pale blue jeans (we told you we were going back in time) to keep the look light.

A nice pair of statement sunglasses completes this look perfectly. Make sure you know which shape of frame fits you the best (we’re giving license to spend a fair amount of time in the mirror with this one). Once you’ve got it, go for tonal colours or a tortoise shell print.
