Sunspel channel their history for new retro tees
By Josh Lee
Sunspel have already referenced their illustrious history with their James Bond swimshorts, and now they’re delving further into the archives with their new tees. Emblazoned with their retro logo from the 1950s, they offer a fun twist on their classic tees.
The clothing brand, which has been in business for over 150 years, believe the name Sunspel originated from the term ‘sunny spell’ – referring to the West Indian climate needed to grow the Sea Island cotton (it’s the highest quality cotton yarn) that their garms are made from. It’s available in stores now as well as online at sunspel.com -£65
