Tom Hiddleston just can’t keep his clothes on these days
By Ben Kelly
Everywhere we turn these days, it seems actor Tom Hiddleston is desperate to show off his body – not that we’re complaining, you understand.
First, he was setting pulses racing on Sunday nights with his shirtless antics in the BBC drama The Night Manager, an adaptation of the John le Carré spy thriller… (if you’ve missed it, here’s some imagery to get you up to speed):
…but as if that wasn’t enough, he’s also stripped down to nearly nothing in the new film High Rise, an adaptation of J.G. Ballard’s 1975 novel about life in a luxury London tower block.
Last week, Hiddleston spoke to The Sunday Times about the possibility of him becoming the next James Bond. “If it ever came knocking, it would be an extraordinary opportunity,” he said.
“And I’m very aware of the physicality of the job,” he added. “I would not take it lightly.”
We’d say you’re more than ready for the ‘physicality of the job’, Mr Hiddleston…
High Rise gets its UK release on March 18. The Night Manager is on Sunday nights on BBC One, and is available on the BBC iPlayer.
